Poor Circulation

Due to busy lifestyles we can often feel tired and sluggish. Busy lifestyles can bring about poor diets leaving us feel bloated. Poor diets or our natural make up can result in poor circulation which can contribute to cellulite build up.

We offer Pressotherapy Lymphatic Drainage and Slimming Body Wraps which detox your body and help to reawaken and refresh you if you suffer from such symptoms, they are also cellulite reducing.

What do treatments for poor circulation involve?

If you are suffering from poor circulation which may be contributing to cellulite or just feel sluggish then Pressotherapy Lymphatic Drainage can work to massage your lymph nodes to drain out toxins and waste from your body naturally through our waste system, leaving you feeling alert.

If you feel tired, bloated and suffer from fluid retention, our Slimming Body Wraps use heat to expel toxins and excessive water from the body. If you do hold water in your body, these wraps can result in you losing up to an inch from your abdomen, leaving you feeing refreshed and your body refined.

How do treatments for poor circulation feel?

Pressotherapy works by comfortably strapping your legs, abdomen and arms into a body suit to allow pipes with compressed air to work around your body to massage your lymph nodes. The suit inflates and deflates at intervals feeling like a relaxing deep tissue massage. As areas which usually have poor circulation are now actively being massaged, this treatment will help with cellulite reduction.

With Slimming Wraps we place a product with slimming properties on your treated area, before comfortably placing a wrap over you and zip up a heat blanket to contain the warmth. The heat is comfortable and we work with your tolerance levels, with a temperature of 40ºC to 70ºC. You should expect to sweat during this treatment.

How do I know this is the right treatment for me?

Often both Slimming Wraps and Lymphatic Drainage Pressotherapy are suitable for most people, however a body consultation with body assessment will determine your suitability for treatment where we will discuss lifestyle and environmental factors. We will offer realistic dietary plans and nutritional advice based on your health goals.

Both these treatments would be used as part of a slimming or cellulite reducing course of treatments alongside Ultrasonic Cavitation and Body Radiofrequency.

What happens following the treatment?

There is no downtime so you can resume with your normal activities after treatment. With Slimming Wraps and Pressotherapy detoxing your body they are eliminating toxins from the body so we advise you to drink plenty of water to continue to flush the toxins out of your system.
